What has been your most memorable experience at Insite?

"There was an urgent client need 2 days before Thanksgiving this year. A client called a member of my team with news that their entire outsourced contact center was SHUT DOWN leading up to Black Friday and Cyber Monday due to a ransomware attack that was outside of our client’s control. In 2 days we were able to get their agents taking calls and saved the day – I truly believe we are the only firm able to and willing to go to such extremes and sacrifice to win for the client."
