The Growth Hacking Recruiters team is looking for a Recruiter to join our full remote recruitment team to work on one of our retained clients for the next 3 months.
Supported by a team of experienced recruiters who love their work, you will work with the hiring team at GotPhoto and learn to manage all of their technical hiring. We want to train you up to a recruiter that can own all the tech recruitment in a scale up. This role potential leads to a permanent role with the client directly or with our team, either way, you will grow into a recruiter that can use cutting edge tools and tactics to fill tech roles around the world.

We work with clients on retained projects to build them hiring machines and leave them with a recruiting process that they love and works. Our data lead approach and ability to implement hiring campaigns fast means we work with some very innovative clients across Europe.

You will love this role if you are a bit of a recruitment misfit, you like to challenge processes and do out of the box experiments. You are looking to join a small recruiting team who are very passionate about what they do. Our team is based all over the world, some of us are digital nomads and others parents. We have logged 1000’s of hours recruiting and know that the key to success is an environment of collaboration and enjoyment. Our team loves recruiting and we hope you will too.
