With more than 100,000 unique site visitors a month and with a lead base of 850,000+, we’re looking to create an engaging remarketing cross channel system, to convert visitors to leads and customers. We’re also planning to create a top of funnel user acquisition strategy across major paid channels like Google Adwords, Facebook, Display/RTB Networks, cross channel remarketing like Critio and the likes.
Skillsets/Prerequisites we’re looking for:
Minimum 2 years of performance marketing experience, managing both Pull (Google - keyword driven) & Push (targeting driven) marketing channels across 1 or more business verticals.
Managed minimum 20 Lakh to 1 Crore of Ad spends a month across different platforms.
Hands on with channel interfaces like Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, RTB platforms (is a plus).
Decent understanding of Marketing Analytics tools like Google Analytics is a must. Should be comfortable with dashboard tools like Mixpanel, Clevertap and the likes for data gathering.
Should be data driven, an excel maestro. Should be quick in launching and optimizing campaign initiatives, measure relevant data points, gather insights and be in a position to scale keeping Customer Acquisition Cost in check.
A definite plus, if you are able to execute and help in strategizing campaigns across the funnel (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU)

Search, Display, Social (Ln, FB etc) all strategies of traffic acquisition
Lead page/A-B test targeting, communication, channel settings
Optimization across business goals to campaign element level
Affiliate CPL, CPD model setup & optimizations
