As a customer happiness engineer, you are expected to be the central point of all customer communication and help them with any technical issue they face while using FusionCharts products. Since it is used primarily by developers who send implementation code snippets to support, you're expected to have web development experience. And, of course, you should have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • ●  Identify and assess customers’ needs to ensure we help them implement FusionCharts solutions effectively

  • ●  Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication

  • ●  Reply to technical support tickets/emails directly and in collaboration with the Sales team

  • ●  Delight customers everyday with the timeliness and accuracy of your replies

  • ●  Generate sales leads

  • ●  Build elaborate and exhaustive samples and demos for our products

  • ●  Write technical content for our Knowledge Base

  • ●  Be the internal support personnel for Sales, Marketing and other teams

  • ●  Be active on external forums on technical issues relating to FusionCharts

Requirements:

  • ●  Hands-on experience in development of web applications

  • ●  Good understanding of JavaScript and client side technologies

  • ●  Solid knowledge of HTML, XHTML, CSS and cross-browser platform constraints

  • ●  In-depth understanding of the required web scripting technology (ASP.NET, PHP, JSP

    etc.)

  • ●  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • ●  Self-starter and able to learn new technologies on your own

  • ●  Have a genuine interest in helping people

  • ●  Belief in "Know what you say, deny what you do not know
