POSITION TITLE: Registration Specialist
DEPARTMENT: Operations
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: 40 hours per week, 6 month contract with desire to renew for another 18 months based on performance and mutual agreement
POSITION SUMMARY
The Registration Specialist at the Lausanne Movement will work with the Registration Team Lead to create and operate systems supporting various areas related to registration for global gatherings hosted by Lausanne Movement. This includes the processes of nomination, application, selection, registration, financial appeals/scholarships, and participant support. As directed by the Registration Team Lead, the Registration Specialist will concentrate on specific registration areas for system enhancement and upkeep, contributing to the achievement of overall registration objectives. They will collaborate with other team members or volunteers and will be required to monitor tasks related to their designated focus areas. This multifaceted role demands a self-driven individual, proficient in systems thinking, creative problem-solving, and adapting to evolving requirements to ensure the success of Global Gatherings. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to help participants from every country engage in transformation and life-changing gatherings that accelerate global mission.

COMPENSATION: Payment will be arranged based on competencies and responsibilities and will be decided on an individual basis. Payment will be contract work, invoiced monthly by contractor.
LOCATION: Remote working arrangement, with required availability at different times of the day for periodic calls with staff around the world. This position may require some international travel. Travel will be contracted separately.
