About the job

The Project Manager leads the delivery of complex digital projects from discovery and through to the agile delivery in close collaboration with our clients.

You will be required to manage all aspects of projects from initiation, design/architecture into delivery and go-live for our clients. You will be a leader who can articulate a compelling vision to your client and team. You will ensure that this vision is delivered through all stages of the project. You will work closely together with an Agile Delivery Team working on SAP Customer Experience technologies (commerce, marketing, sales, service, customer data) and Mirakl marketplaces to make sure we meet our customer's expectations.

The role

  • You own the project from beginning to end, eliminate obstacles and take responsibility for delivering value to our clients.
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
  • Responsible for managing the client relation and expectations.
  • Coaching of the delivery team as well as enabling them to work efficiently.
  • Ensuring a smooth agile development process.

About you

  • 1-2 years of experience as an IT Project Manager / Delivery Manager being customer facing.
  • Previous knowledge of digital, eCommerce or online delivery.
  • Experience with Agile software development methods (Scrum, Kanban, DevOps etc.).
  • Proven track record of building project plans, managing third-party suppliers and managing client budgets to deliver on time and to budget.
  • Excellent skills in MS Office. Knowledge of Jira/Confluence is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with the development teams and with the client.
  • Take a client-centred approach, excellent interpersonal skills and calm in a high pressure environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously under the direction of senior team members.
  • A positive “can-do” attitude.
