Digital 22 is an inbound marketing, creative design, web development and Elite Hubspot marketing agency. Our team is based in the UK however Digital 22 has recently expanded to Nova Scotia and we are looking for a Web Strategist to support our Web team in Canada.  It's an exciting opportunity to join at the start of our journey in Canada and play a major role in our growth plans.

The role of Website Account Manager

Your key responsibility is to account manage the full end to end website delivery process; getting to know the customer and their objectives before setting the strategy for the website, and seeing this strategy through the whole project as final QC on content, design and build before anything is shared with the client. 

Strategies must be data-led, and based on thorough research and UX best practice.

Throughout projects you’ll be advising and educating clients on UI, UX and CRO.

You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, this means that success will come from building and maintaining strong relationships through effective communication, proactivity and problem solving. 

As a Website Account Manager you’ll take lead on project and client management, to achieve the desired results for standalone web projects. Don’t get this confused with a Website Project Manager’s role - we have a dedicated Project Management team to support us; handling timelines, scheduling and assigning tasks to the relevant departments. Your job when it comes to project management is simply to keep on top of the right information getting shared with the right people (internal or client) at the right time. 

Managing multiple website projects means you need to be really organised as you'll be working towards multiple deadlines.

Who are you?

First and foremost you are a problem solver, you don’t take anything at face value but instead challenge the information you are presented with to find optimum solutions.

Great communicator and relationship builder, confidently and clearly able to communicate with clients and the team internally across multiple formats (Face to face, email, video).

Minimum 2 years experience managing multiple web projects including the planning and implementation of web best-practices. 

Agency experience desired but not essential.You are familiar with Google Analytics and have experience with creating sitemaps, wireframes and following UX best practice.

    Vacation 16 days holiday per year, after five years this increases to 20 days.

    Structured Review Process: For your progression and development it is important to us you have dedicated touchpoints with your manager. From fortnightly 1-1s, quarterly meetings and annual reviews.
