Who are we?

We’re an inbound marketing, creative design, web development and an Elite HubSpot marketing agency. In fact, out of over 5,000 HubSpot partner agencies in the world, we’re one of the best in the world.

We work in a purpose-built office in the recently-converted, Grade II listed Holmes Mill, Clitheroe. We’re a team of 50, filled with friendly people who love inbound marketing. The role

You’ll take the lead on supporting client relationships, managing their marketing delivery, CMS and CRM systems and ensuring they are up to date with project milestones.

  • Main point of contact and build strong relationships with clients
  • Lead client calls and meetings
  • Coordinate project delivery internally with the support of the the projects team
  • Expert knowledge of client product and services
  • Expert knowledge of Inbound methodology
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver an effective inbound strategy in line with client goals
  • Hands on with the Hubspot platform
  • Identifying when account health is at risk

Who are you?

  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders
  • Strong level of digital marketing knowledge and hands on experience
  • Experience delivering digital marketing projects
