Digital 22 is an inbound marketing, creative design, web development and Elite Hubspot marketing agency. Our team is based in Lancashire however Digital 22 has recently expanded to Canada and we are now looking to expand further with a new location in London. Therefore we are now looking for a Sales Manager to support our business growth by growing our sales team in London.  It's an exciting opportunity to join at the start of our growth in London and play a major role in our growth plans.

Job Role:

The core of the role will involve bringing on new clients whilst we build out the team and presence across the region.  This role is a senior position reporting into the Head of Solutions and Leadership team based in Clitheroe, Lancashire.  

  • Identify the right fit prospects and work to provide a tailored service to support them
  • Be commercially aware to negotiate new contracts to secure new business
  • Present to key stakeholders
  • Form strong relationships with prospects
  • Win new deals and support prospects at all stages of the sales process
  • Able to demonstrate solid understanding of our services and how we can help our clients
  • Plan, forecast and control sales budgets 
  • Following up on all inbound leads
  • Generating leads through different channels
  • Report and track the sales team performance
  • Keep informed of new products, services and other general information from HubSpot that can support prospects
  • Working closely with internal teams in Canada and the UK 
  • Be proactive both internally and with clients - suggesting ideas to grow our services as well as supporting our clients growth goals

Who are you?

  • Have at least 3 years sales experience, preferably in a marketing, web or technology company
  • Experience of working with multiple customer groups and industries 
  • Enjoy being a team player 
  • Line management experience
  • Proven record of working to and meeting sales targets
  • Willing to travel to prospects when required
  • Have exceptional communication both written and verbal, with the ability to listen and understand client needs and focus the content

Salary: £27,000-£35,000 plus uncapped commission

Hybrid Working: We believe being in the office is best for building relationships, learning and collaboration, but you have the flexibility to work from home when it works for you and your workload.

Flexible Working Hours: Our potential office working hours are 8am-6pm and core hours are 10am-4pm to give you the flexibility of when to start your day. Full time working hours are 35.5 per week.

Creative working environment: We have a modern, purpose built, office which is fully stocked and has facilities for fun as well as work.

An Extra Days Paid Holiday per Year: Earn up to 27 holiday days per year. For every year you remain part of our team, you’ll earn an extra day’s annual leave. This starts at 22 days, increasing each year for 5 years.

Social Team Activities: A mixture of in the office and out of the office activities, we make sure we have regular things planned to help build strong relationships. From weekends away, celebrating Eid to Weekly five-a-side and dungeons and dragons.

Structured Review Process: For your progression and development it is important to us you have dedicated touchpoints with your manager. From fortnightly 1-1s, quarterly meetings and annual reviews.
