Who are we?

We’re an inbound marketing, creative design, web development and an Elite HubSpot marketing agency. In fact, out of over 5,000 HubSpot partner agencies in the world, we’re one of the best in the world.

We work in a purpose-built office in the recently-converted Holmes Mill, Clitheroe. We’re a team of 50, filled with friendly people who love inbound marketing. The role

As a Web Strategist you’ll take lead on strategy, client management and results for standalone web projects and website retainers for our clients. 

You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, this means that success will come from building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through effective communication, proactivity and problem solving. 

The core of your role is to formulate website strategies to improve user experience and the customer journey by implementation of industry best practices. You’ll work closely with the web team to deliver these. Strategies will be data-led and based on thorough research before presenting to clients for approval. Throughout projects you’ll be advising and educating clients on UI, UX and CRO.

Once the strategies are being delivered you will report on website performance in a clear format internally and directly to clients. 

Managing multiple projects means you need to be really organised as you will have multiple deadlines to work towards with lots of moving parts.

Who are you?

Minimum 2 years experience managing multiple web projects including the planning and implementation of web best practices. Agency experience desired but not essential.

Experience with tracking and analysing website analytics and have a track record of improving results and website conversion rates.

You are familiar with software such as Bugherd, Hotjar, Slickplan and Google Analytics.

Confidently and clearly able to communicate with clients and the team internally across multiple formats (Face to face, email, video).
