Project Coordinator

Clitheroe, Full time

Who are we?

We’re an inbound marketing, creative design, web development and an Elite HubSpot marketing agency. In fact, out of over 5,000 HubSpot partner agencies in the world, we’re one of the best in the world.

We work in a purpose-built office in the recently converted Holmes Mill, Clitheroe. We’re a team of 50, filled with friendly people who love inbound marketing. To join us, you must be hungry to learn, enjoy working as part of a team, enthusiastic about working with our clients and eager to grow with the business.

What’s the Job?

Our retainers and projects delivery team is the backbone of what we do. They keep the work moving, making sure we deliver on time to delight our clients. You'll be coordinating client work across teams, managing individual schedules and keeping an eye on capacities to make sure we’re working effectively.

The work you'll manage will be a combination of repeatable tasks, ad-hoc internal requests and more dynamic projects. So, attention to detail to ensure project accuracy is another key part of your role and skill set.

All of this is done through our project management software, where you'll spend the majority of your time. So much time in fact you'll be our resident expert. There will be plenty of questions fired your way, from both the team and clients to understand the finer technicalities of the system whilst you’ll also be advising on best practices.

Regular reporting is the bread and butter of the role. It lets you measure efficiencies, identify any potential bottlenecks and raise them nice and early.

For data lovers, this is the role to shine in - because there’s plenty to go at.

Who Are You?

You just love getting stuck into a powerful project management system and you've had plenty of experience using them as an administrator. Ideally a minimum of 3 years.

Prior experience scheduling work and managing capacities across a large team and multiple projects is a must.

Another priority is strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships - this goes a long way to allowing you to get the work done!

If you have some digital marketing knowledge or experience that will definitely work in your favour. If you haven't but you’re willing to learn and project management is your jam, please still apply.
