Seeking a Kitchen Operations Manager for a Hospitality company in Jamaica. The candidate will be responsible for the Operations/ Management of our Casual Dining Outlets. Casual Dining outlets are located inside the airport and will require someone who enjoys a challenge, no day is ever the same!
1. Restaurant Kitchen Operations (Casual Dining) 80%
2. Menu Design/ Development Opportunity for some new outlets 20%
3. Training and coaching the team
4. Ensure a high level of Service and health/ safety hygiene in the Kitchen and Restaurants
5. Must be a team player with strong leadership skills
80% of the person’s job responsibilities would be based at the airport and roughly 20% would be outside the airport (creating menus for new concept outlets etc).
