We are seeking an experienced recruiter that can work full time and will be responsible for attracting talent for all leadership positions as well as maintaining a highly qualified and diverse pipeline. 


  • Engage in active sourcing for all leadership positions
  • Manage all stages of the recruitment process
  • Work with leadership to understand the hiring needs of our organization
  • Create exciting and useful recruiting tactics to attract top-performing team members Maintain our Applicant Tracking System, BambooHR
  • Keep job seekers posted on their application status.
  • Connect with passive job seekers and get them into our leads database.
  • Keep current on recruiting best practices and seek out ways to improve current processes. Draft offer letters and initiate the new hire onboarding process
  • Assist and support with other HR projects and the team as needed
  • Travel to opening locations for job fairs and new hire orientations
  • Required to work on-site at our restaurants and HQ office. This is not a remote position. Champions the brand’s vision and values and contribute to a culture of positivity and high standards where all employees chase perfection in everything they do
  • Create an environment that is warm, welcoming, and filled with positivity for guests and employees


  • 3+ years of experience with leadership sourcing and high volume recruitment 
  • Hospitality experience required 
  • Solid understanding of recruitment marketing strategy, tactics and talent acquisition processes from sourcing to hiring (through onboarding desired) 
  • Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation to commute to South Florida locations Passion for a start-up environment; comfortable with change 
  • Insanely organized – you have lists, systems, and processes to keep everything running smoothly
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication
  • Exceptional time management; proactive with a strong sense of urgency
  • Incredibly reliable and detail-oriented while managing multiple tasks/projects 
  • Proactive problem-solver capable of identifying issues and generating solutions 
  • Track record of delivering extraordinary customer service 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment 
  • Strong work ethic, integrity and personal accountability 
  • You are passionate about people and want to see them excited and proud to go to work
