Solara, Capital Markets Analyst
Who We Are:
Solar and other clean energy technologies are the cheapest form of energy in many emerging markets, but are capital-intensive. The banking and financial sectors have been slow to innovate and haven’t introduced products customized for emerging markets. This has slowed down solar development massively, opening a VERY big opportunity.
Solara is here to change the electricity market. We’re building software and designing financial products to catalyze the C&I solar energy ecosystem.
Solara is a B2B solar fintech company focused on building software and developing financial products to increase the adoption of solar in emerging markets. We strongly believe in the power of solar energy combined with sound financial products and software to drive a cleaner and more sustainable future.
Our founding team has over 20 years of experience at the intersection of solar energy and financing. With more than $7 billion financed, our team possesses the broadest market experience. Solara is also backed by industry-leading investors.
