Manager GPM PMO - Shared Services

Program manage the global project portfolio for Shared Services & Drive change management initiatives across the organization
 Support strategic decision-making in the project portfolio for the global Shared Services team
 Lead project portfolio review, assessing the impact of initiatives, providing commentary and insight to the leadership team.
 Support the monthly steering committee meeting, providing prioritization and highlighting performance
 Lead ad hoc deep dives, as prioritized by the head of Shared Services and her leadership team
 Business partner with Process Owners to understand measurement and performance to help them drive optimization & best in class processes.
 Build strong, collaborative global partnerships with ITSS and across the Chief Accounting Office organization for expectation management and execution of projects
 Preferred Qualifications
 Master’s Degree with Accounting concentration
 Certified Accountancy Certification (CPA or equivalent)
 PRINCE2® or Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification
 Track record in project managing Finance transformation program, specifically SAP S/4Hana implementation
 Job Requirements
 10+ years of relevant accounting experience within fast paced, matrixes business environment
 Strong experience in ERP System implementation, maintenance, controls, audit and Compliance
 High energy and a desire to work in a results-oriented, fast paced environment with the ability to take the initiative and drive own work
 Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with people at all levels of the organisation, located in different geographies
 Intellectual curiosity, passion for problem-solving, and comfort with ambiguity.
 Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
 Native proficiency in English (both oral and written) is a prerequisite
