Deliver technical solutions for the Global Security & Resiliency Organization by leading all software deployments and configurations for the enterprise systems.
 Work closely and partner with team members within and outside the organization for existing and new projects by providing potential resolutions to problems, project changes, resource constraints and resolve or mitigate risks.
 Participate in planning efforts with business partners and IT groups for new projects and application deployment.
 Design and deliver Infrastructure solutions by following Software Development Life Cycles (SDLCs).
 Undertake evaluations and testing of new configurations, versions and products and participate in release management processes.
 Own and lead all security technology related network and Infrastructure change requests in preparation for software and hardware deployments.
 Develop and deliver metrics, progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.
 Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the scope and budget by also ensuring resource availability and allocation.
 Develop and maintain a comprehensive project documentation and plans to track the progress of the projects, features, functionality and change implementations.
 Participate in the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), implement training, and ensure compliance with SOPs.
 Maintain TAD (Technical Architecture Document) and knowledge base which details the infrastructure design for the application or system.
 Work with vendors and internal teams for annual service, upgrade, support (SUSP) and license subscription renewals to completion.
 Ensure all applications are aligned with the Information Security polices and standards by leveraging current industry standards and best practices.
 Participate in annual audits and compliance related tasks for critical applications by providing evidence and reports, also work closely on Data Governance requirements for all technology applications.
 Lead and mentor fellow team members for cross training and encourage them for their professional development.
