Our operations workforce is the heart and soul of our business. We are currently looking for two HR Interns. The primary role of this position is to assist the HR Department with the administration and maintenance of the Company and department's initiatives. After completion of the internship, the Intern will be able to: Assist the department in new hire data entry and conducting audits of all new hire and rehire paperwork received to ensure compliance Maintain the department's electronic and paper files for items including but not limited to vendor agreements, invoiced accounts, required employee certifications Provide backup to the HR Department team members as needed with various tasks Provide answers and education via phone to all field staff in regards to the HR Department's roles and initiatives Assist in the completion of the annual compliance certification process ï‚· Assist in the management of the internal I-9 folders to ensure accuracy and compliance Assist in all maintenance required in department websites such as reporting, user adds/deletions, and location updates Maintain inter-company location list updates and distribution ï‚· Update Employee Handbook and SharePoint as needed Prepares and issues reports on recruiting, outreach, effectiveness of advertisement and referral programs, hiring, terminations, promotions, and employee population Maintain internal processes, databases, and application systems Successfully complete I-9 audits Assist with candidate onboarding Handle recruiting for multiple sites and operate ATS software Preferred skills: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work both within a team environment and independently to prioritize tasks Ability to maintain demanding timelines Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks Language: English (required) Spanish is a plus! 48forty Solutions offers competitive pay and benefits to all full-time employees. 48forty Solutions is also pleased to offer a full benefit package that includes health, dental, vision, and life insurance as well as a 401(k) retirement savings plan after 90 days. 48forty Solutions requires that none of its employees are excluded from doing business with the Federal government.
