The focus of the Junior Salesforce Administrator is to provide end-users with reports, support, and education with regards to our Salesforce Client Relationship Management tool, TargetRecruit. What you will Learn, Essential Duties and Responsibilities: €¢ How to Create and manage standard and custom objects, fields, formulas, page layouts, record types €¢ How to provide end-user education and support within the Salesforce and TargetRecruit system, inclusive of the 3rd party applications like Monster, Dice, ClearanceJobs, TextUs, ZoomInfo, etc. €¢ How to provide exceptional levels of end user support by following the 1:24 guideline for response and resolution of user requests, bugs, or level I-II system requirements €¢ Learn to work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop accurate reports, dashboards, and processes that provide insight into the staffing business operations and performance €¢ How to collaborate with ZP Group, Piper Companies, and Zachary Piper Solutions leadership team to maintain and execute a system roadmap that supports the scalability of the system and sales/recruiting staff €¢ Learn to document system processes for front office, middle office, and back office functionality (i.e. record creation, placement entry, project setup, timekeeping, spread creation, etc.) €¢ How to contribute in monitoring and enhancing data quality in the system; manage duplicate contact records, accounts, reports, etc. €¢ Learn to manage the onboarding/offboarding, permissions, and reporting requirements for new hires (to include systems, tools, hardware, & tech setup/troubleshooting); always maintain an accurate list of active users and producer headcount) Preferred Qualifications of the Junior Salesforce Administrator: €¢ Understanding of relational database architecture and standard CRM system structure €¢ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and self-manage as various problems are reported or escalated €¢ If hired, Must be willing and available to work off-hours or weekends for quarterly product releases or occasional system maintenance €¢ Strong written and verbal communication skills Looking for Candidates that can start 12 Sep 22
