Overview: Our team is building a machine-learning enabled learning and development product that will fundamental change how people manage their personal growth and learning and how businesses support their staff. We also have world-class coaches and enablement professionals that pair with clients, making us an ideal company to support an internship program like this. Candidates would work directly on our flagship product, paired with industry experts, getting real-world experience in commercial product development. What you will learn: The intern will learn what modern, commercial product development looks like. They will complete numerous feedback looks that will allow them to understand how to take user feedback, turn that into a hypothesis, build an experiment, and ship it into the production over and over again. These foundational product development skills will be relevant at any technical role they move to in their careers. Requirements: For software engineering roles, interns would need previous experience. Some coding experience is strongly desired. We are taking people who know how to code and giving them the tools to be more successful. For designers, the same applies. Some design experience is strongly desired. For Product Managers there is more flexibility. Technical project management is desired. Vets2PM Provides: Career services, including resume, interview skills, and LinkedIn optimization.
