Internship Title: DoD SkillBridge Internship - Buyer's Agent Host Company: Search7Cities Real Estate Group Location: Chesapeake, VA Requirement: Must be active-duty U.S. Military Service Member who qualifies for participation in the DoD SkillBridge Program. Must live in the Chesapeake region. Overview: During the internship period, the Intern will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of the Real Estate industry. The intern will get on the job training that allows them to put their best foot forward as an agent when the internship is completed! What you will learn: Real Estate Sales - contract to close Transaction Coordinating Management Operations Client care and pipeline management ISA (Inside Sales Agent) Any activity deemed necessary by Search7Cities to accelerate learning and growth DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - During the internship period, the Intern shall have the responsibility of learning all aspects of Search7Cities Real Estate Group. This includes but not limited to: Real Estate Sales - contract to close Transaction Coordinating Management Operations Client care and pipeline management ISA (Inside Sales Agent) Any activity deemed necessary by Search7Cities to accelerate learning and growth QUALIFICATIONS: Must have Real Estate License, in the process of obtaining Real Estate license, or interested in obtaining license after transitioning out of the military. Our brokerage covers the cost of the class expense. What makes you a good candidate? Knowledge/Skills Excellent at building rapport People oriented. Strong written and verbal communication skills Good organizational skills Learning based Willing to learn scripts and dialogues.
