We are growing so fast that it is time for our first office headquarters in Orange County, California €¦.and we need an Administrative Specialist/Assistant to work directly with our Founder/CEO to keep the new office, our operation, and especially our Founder/CEO running smoothly and efficiently. You will be the right hand and the left hand, helping the CEO and the team of 17 stay focused and effective. Strongly prefer someone that lives in Orange County or Long Beach. Position will be a hybrid position. In the office a minimum of 25 hours per week, remote for the balance. Need highly detail oriented Need great customer service to speak frequently with our clients and provide client logistics support Responsibilities: Primarily serve as CEO's administrative assistant Calendar/meeting management Answer company phone line Communication between clients and JGA team members Data entry Support proposal development process (clerical) Order and manage supplies Draft policies and procedures Maintain human resources files Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence Light support with bookkeeping, invoicing, etc. Help organize company events and team gatherings Manage travel logistics (planes, hotels, rental cars, etc.) Other duties as assigned
