You will focus your internship in one of these areas: Business Development: You will learn how to: · Maintain current client relationship and identifying areas for potential clients · Contact potential clients to establish a business relationship and meet with them · Develop new sales areas and improving sales through various methods · Research the latest in the business industry and creating new opportunities to expand business · Collaborate with sales and design team to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals Talent Acquisition: You will learn how to Perform full life cycle recruiting tasks, including, but not limited to: · Sourcing candidates from job boards, LinkedIn, and our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) · Posting Piper roles to our career portal and job board · Maintaining a high level of production-related candidate outreach activities · Speaking with and meeting candidate · Obtaining referrals and networking · Submitting candidate profiles to clients · Participating in client-facing activity with the account management team Salesforce Administrators You will learn the following essential duties and responsibilities: · Create and manage standard and custom objects, fields, formulas, page layouts, record types · Provide end-user education and support within the Salesforce and TargetRecruit system, inclusive of the 3rd party applications like Monster, Dice, ClearanceJobs, TextUs, ZoomInfo, etc · Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements & develop accurate reports, dashboards, & processes that provide insight into the staffing business operations & performance · Collaborate with ZP Group, Piper Companies, and Zachary Piper Solutions leadership team to maintain and execute a system roadmap that supports the scalability of the system and sales/recruiting staff · Contribute in monitoring and enhancing data quality in the system; manage duplicate contact records, accounts, reports, etc. Requirements Qualifications & Skills: Must have a strong desire to work and achieve in a sales-driven organization with unlimited earning potential based on personal activity, work ethic, & production Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written, verbal, and negotiation skills Ability to work with a strong sense of urgency, stay even-tempered during unpredictable business outcomes, handle multiple tasks at any given time, and show initiative daily in a fast-paced team environment Must possess critical thinking, strong planning, time management, and organizational skills Experience with online software applications and/or MS Office tools Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Liberal Arts or related field preferred for Recruiter and Talent Acquisition but not required Demonstrate belief in and practice of company Core Values (Focus on Service, Ownership, 360 ° Development, Passion for Success)
