The company provides weekly pool service to over 1,000 residential and commercial clients, offers repairs/installation services to many more, and partners with pool builders to prepare a new pool for a homeowner's first swim. Job duties for the Service Technician role include Drive to and from accounts in a company-provided vehicle (uniform, tools, and cell phone also provided). Evaluate each pool and perform necessary maintenance. Test and balance water chemistry. Log your findings and work in our mobile software. Communicate with Service and Repair department leaders to ensure the client's needs are met or exceeded. Build meaningful relationships with clients ranging from brand new pool owners to high end commercial managers. Have other skills you might be able to contribute? Wonderful! Customer service skills and professional demeanor. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Shift is Monday - Friday 0700 1550; no nights or weekends. Benefits Full-time employment. Pay of $18.00 - $30.00 per hour, increasing with experience. Employer subsidized health insurance. Employer sponsored 401(k) with employer matching. Accrue up to 2-weeks paid time off per year.
