The goal of the internship is to learn the following: Sales process and management of leads. Lead generation and follow through. How to price business and build your own brand. Cold calling and follow up on leads. Converting leads to sales. Learn the staffing and recruiting industry. What you will do: Lead generation through research tools and cold calling Create a pipeline of prospects to convert to new business Client Management and New Business Development of existing clients Client visits, Identification of new opportunities with clients Manage order intake for new and existing clients Price business in alignment with market pricing strategy Ensuring compliance with Spherion, County, State, Federal, and Client requirements Track client performance and metrics Requirements: Sales is a plus but not required, excellent administrative, communication and people skills.
