Artemis Talent have partnered with a Private Equity Software provider who delivers end to end cloud based solutions to Hedge Fund / Private Equity firms who due to successful growth and expansion are looking to add an experienced Customer Success Manager to join their EMEA team. As part of the Customer Success team you will be instrumental in enhancing key client relationships to deliver a best in class service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with various internal stakeholders across Sales, Product Management, Implementation and Finance & Operations
  • You will be a key participant in contributing to the renewals process and be successful in retaining client accounts for future revenue
  • Team up with Product Management teams to help enhance and client solutions working closely with sales to identify additional revenue streams for up selling
  • Provide extra support to clients in the form of webinars, training videos and assist in setting up customer events and socials

Experience Required:

  • Proven history of success maintaining and enhancing client relationships through key performance indicators
  • Being comfortable working and influencing C-level stakeholder both internally and externally
  • Experience working in a Customer Success, Account Management or Consultancy background
  • A thorough and detailed understanding of private equity &/or Real Estate
