Senior Client Services – TCA (Transaction Cost Analysis)

My client is a leading provider of financial services Regulatory software whose platform is supplied directly to financial services organisations providing support for TCA(Transaction Cost Analysis) & Best Execution. They have a client list to boast of and are rapidly growing there based all the time hence why they are looking to add an experienced Client Services team member with a background of TCA / Best Execution.

Your role will be:

• Providing point-of-contact client support to both buy-side and sell-side accounts
• Capturing and handling client inquiries received via phone and email
• Investigation of client issues related to TCA & Best Execution product and business services
• Technical troubleshooting
• Delivering Change and Product communications to clients
• Performing Tier 1 Incident Management – analysis, escalation and resolution
• Monitoring production environments to assist with identification of service and system issues
• Executing Service Requests related to custom client configurations and workflows
• Assisting with new software release testing and deployment
• Taking clients live and training clients on product usage
• Working directly with Software Developers, QA, Project Managers and others on client issues

Who we are looking for:

• 4+ years of relevant work experience
• Understanding of the financial markets specifically TCA (Transaction Cost Analysis) / Best Execution
• Strong technical support skills, client support skills, and proven client facing experience
• Analytical thinking and problem solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple incidents across multiple clients at any given time and produce results to tight deadlines
• Must have technical aptitude and desire to learn new technologies
