I am working exclusively with an OEMS Fintech who provide services to the Buyside (Hedge Funds / Asset Managers). You will be part of a dynamic team that wants to build upon there already strong relationships and client within the market providing electronic execution and order management services.

Our client is looking for an experienced Account Manager to build and retain on existing revenue and drive sales forward throughout Europe with a focus on French speaking regions. In this role you will be responsible for establishing new relationships and strengthen connections already in place.

Responsibilities

  • Exceed sales retention targets
  • Manage and develop key client relationships
  • Identify and report on new business development opportunities
  • Develop strong internal relationships with other Sales divisions to promote cross-selling opportunities.
  • Key client contact – network within existing client, lead generation, up selling,
  • Integration & delivery management and be the escalation point for Support queries

Knowledge / Experience

  • Must be a proficient French speaking to a native or business level
  • Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Account Management or Relationship Management role or equivalent
  • We are seeking candidates with market experience and knowledge EMS / OMS Solutions
  • Have a strong understanding of the Capital Markets including the Fixed Income and Equities market. Having broad based knowledge around order and execution life cycle
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills to interact and influence different internal departments, senior management and clients
  • Analytical skills and critical thinking: ability to analyse complex issues, challenge others ideas and come up with own suggestions
  • Clients focus: excellent network of customer contacts, ability to understand their needs and to deliver
