We are seeking a transitioning service member to join our team as a Laser Machine Operator. (this position offers many opportunities for GROWTH and can convert to a permanent position)

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

We are looking for a Laser Machine Operator to join our innovative, fast-growing company. We are looking for operators to work on AMADA, TANAKA, KOIKE, or other top machines. While we are willing to train the candidates on new machines, they must be familiar with the laser cutting process or have prior experience in working with one of these machines

  • Band Saw
  • CNC Laser Cutter (Amada)
  • ERP Software
  • Laser Punch Press (Amada)
  • Manual Lathe
  • Press Brake (Amada)
  • Punch Press (Amada)
  • Tube Mill
  • Tube / Pipe Bender
  • Stamping Press
  • Measurement Gauges
• Operate Tube Lasers, Press Brake, Punch Press, Etc.,
• Read Drawings
• Pass Departmental Questions

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• You should be proficient in:

  • Blueprint Reading
  • Deburring Experience
  • Manufacturing Environment Experience
  • ISO 9001 Certification Experience
  • Lean Manufacturing Principles
  • Machine Safety Inspections
  • Machine Setups for Production Runs
  • Manual Machining Skills
  • Troubleshooting CNC Machines
  • Excellent Communication Skills

• Exposure to fumes, dirt, noise and hazardous chemicals on a daily basis. May require safety equipment and/or precautions.
• The physical ability to lift and carry at least 50-100 lb. net bags, boxes and/or pallets for short distances
