We are seeking both entry-level and experienced HVAC Technician transitioning service members to join our dynamic team. (this position offers many opportunities for GROWTH and can convert to a permanent position paying $18 to $30 per hour)

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings.

DAY-TO-DAY:

• For Entry-Level Candidates:

  • Assist experienced technicians with installations, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC systems.
  • Learn how to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as filter replacement and system cleaning.
  • Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
  • Assist with lifting heavy equipment and materials during installations.

  For Experienced Candidates:

  • Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems independently.
  • Diagnose malfunctions and perform necessary repairs or replacements of parts.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and longevity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and effectively communicate with clients to address their HVAC needs.
  • Mentor and train entry-level technicians as needed.
  • Lift heavy items and assist with installations as required.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• For Entry-Level Candidates:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical systems preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and develop technical skills in the HVAC field.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong work ethic and dedication to excellence.
  • Ability to lift heavy items during installations with assistance.

  For Experienced Candidates:

  • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician.
  • Valid HVAC technician license or certification (if applicable).
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting HVAC systems and performing repairs.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment and components.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to lift heavy items and perform installations independently.

IF CONVERTED TO A FULL-TIME EMPLOYEE:

$18 - $30 per hour depending on experience
