The Program Administrative Intern works in a staff/volunteer team-driven environment to support this nonprofit's work with at-risk homeowners receiving home repairs. The main duties will be to support the Project Coordinator and occasionally the Executive Director and Board.Gain Salesforce, Program/Project Management, and nonprofit skills. Job Description
Maintain homeowner files, ensure documentation is completed, and signatures as needed
Input data in RTSP/Salesforce in a timely manner
Compile reports to the Project Coordinator and Executive Director
Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Coordinator
May represent nonprofit at community functions and meetings
Communicate with contractors and volunteers
Working knowledge and commitment of nonprofits
Working knowledge of computers and software (Microsoft Office & Salesforce helpful)
Ability to handle all nonprofit business with tact, enthusiasm, and commitment
Project/Program Management Knowledge
Background working with local media and advertising
Construction and/or housing knowledge
Ability to review and compile budgets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, positive service ethic, motivated team member, and task-oriented leader
