We are looking for someone who can do the internship in Denver, CO.

With our company, your responsibilities will consist of four main areas:

1. MSSP Analyst (60%)
2. Security Consulting Support (15%)
3. Administrative Support (15%)
4. Professional Growth (10%)

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Cybersecurity experience from the military. Blue-teaming, red-teaming us a huge plus
• Ability to learn complex ideas

DAY TO DAY

• Complete MSSP daily tasks
• Communicate with customers through the ticketing system and directly, when necessary.
• Assist, and in some cases, lead onboarding efforts with new clients. 
• Assist with migrating clients to new tools, when necessary.
• Track and document ideas/process improvements mentioned in meetings.
• Conduct periodic audits of security tools to ensure tools are functioning properly: 
• Lead the daily MSSP meeting with a proper agenda to address tickets, blockers, and ongoing projects/tasks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve most Level 1 support issues independently. This may include password resets, security tool installation errors, application installations, etc.

LOCATION

Denver, CO preferred but will consider applicants/skillbridge interns doing it remotely.
