PA#8 - 016 - Process Engineer/Supervisor - up to $100,000

A leading manufacturer of roofing and waterproofing materials in America is seeking an experienced Process Engineer/Supervisor.

In this role, you will oversee the safety, quality, and reliability of stillyard processes, supervise personnel, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Conduct regular safety inspections and address any issues proactively.
• Engage the team in operational excellence, cost control, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
• Address and troubleshoot equipment or production-related issues swiftly.
• Guide the team in achieving plant goals and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the implementation of process improvement projects and capital initiatives.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Capital Delivery Engineers, and other departments for effective process and equipment
design.


WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; preference for ChE or ME.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering, ideally in refining or chemical manufacturing.
• Strong commitment to safety. Familiarity with PLC, HMI, and engineering fundamentals.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in G Suite, WinSPC, AutoCAD, Braincube, and other related software.
