PA#8 - 015 - HR Manager - Manufacturing - up to $110,000

Seeking a dynamic HR Manager to lead human resources functions at our manufacturing plant.

You'll manage a variety of HR tasks from policy implementation to fostering a harmonious work environment,


WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Lead and develop the HR team, enhancing performance and staff development.
• Nurture a positive work culture based on trust, respect, and effective communication.
• Ensure HR operations comply with legal and company standards.
• Conduct HR audits to maintain a positive workplace and prevent third-party interventions.
• Oversee the development and enforcement of HR policies and systems for operational improvement.
• Keep abreast of HR regulations and trends to ensure best practices.


WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
• Bachelor's in HR, Business Administration, or related field; PHR/SPHR a plus.
• 5+ years in HR with 2+ years supervisory experience, preferably in manufacturing/automotive.
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, HRIS systems; Oracle, Halogen, and Kronos experience beneficial.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
