Seeking a Military Veteran to join our Field service engineer team.

We are a leader in power management products for mission and process critical business applications. Our customer base is comprised of companies in the transaction processing, financial, computer service provision and semiconductor manufacture sectors. We provides innovative products to ensure ultimately high uptime of computers, servers, routers, communication equipment and other critical equipment. Manufactures “Best in Class” products representing high-end industrial solutions. To meet the challenge of growth and opportunities, we are seeking additional Customer Service Technician/Field Service Technician to join the Customer Service/Field Service Team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

 Perform startup, commissioning, service, and preventive maintenance on equipment:
                    - Static transfer switches
                    - Power distribution equipment
                    - Remote power panels
 Provide customer support while on site and via email and phone
 Maintain timely and detailed service records in the system
 Provide emergency response for critical incidents

LOCATION:

Atlanta GA, Phoenix AZ

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Service experience with electric power systems 
• Electrical and electronic troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read diagrams and schematics
• Familiarity with programming printed circuit boards via PC based programs 
• Safety awareness and electrical PPE knowledge 
• Electronics or electrical training from military service 
• Clean driving record
