The Hiring Company is a full-service trade show services contractor and trade show exhibit services company.
 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
 
Reporting to the COO, this position executes tasks related to office management including purchasing/procurement, payroll review, and benefits management. This position plays an integral role in the communication between all departments including operations, sales, and executives to ensure efficiency and accuracy within the administrative department.
 

The below list of duties are the day-to-day responsibility but are not limited to this list:
  • Payroll review and Benefits coordination.
  • Oversees office facility including managing the office supplies, office equipment, external vendors, etc.
  • Human Resources coordinator. Facilitates Expo employees with issues relating to benefits and payroll.
  • Communicates with suppliers/vendors to manage the procurement of material supply needs, create and process purchase orders, monitor progress, and coordinate priorities.
  • Communicates with the production team to assist with inventory management.
 

EQUIPMENT OPERATION
The following are equipment, tools, and other resources utilized in this position:
  • Computers, printers, and other office-related equipment
 

WORK SCHEDULE:
  • 8-hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • After hours and weekends on a case-by-case basis.
     
 
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
  • 3 years of office management experience
  • Detail oriented
  • Demonstrated ability of high-quality, accurate work
  • Demonstrated ability to work with others on various teams and develop consensus around business decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, make decisions, and solve problems effectively
 

EDUCATION & TRAINING
Listed below are the mandatory and desired educational requirements for this position:
  • High School Diploma required, Associate or undergraduate preferred
  • Experience with payroll software
  • Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
  • Management: 3 years (Preferred)
