What You Will Do In This Position
- Direct Team Leaders and hourly production members in their assigned manufacturing area that could include assembly, injection molding, powertrain, stamping, urethane, welding, etc. to achieve production goals.
- Manage the operational unit ensuring goals and targets are met in line with company policies.
- Uphold manufacturing standards for safety, product quality, and efficiency.

What Are the Basic Requirements For This Role?
- An Associate’s degree in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least three years of relevant manufacturing experience.
- Minimum of two years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Automotive industry experience, particularly with parts production, quality, or production control.
- Proficiency in TPS and PEFF systems.
- Experience with ERP systems like Oracle.
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required.
