Engagement Coordinator - Up to $60,000  - Seeking Military Veteran

The Engagement Coordinator (“EC”) supports the Company's Consulting Teams through efficient task management, completion and delegation.

The SC will work across organization boundaries coordinating activities and projects inclusive of the Company's internal team members, client project stakeholders and 3rd party service providers. They will support the entire engagement life cycle from initiation of project through completion and hand off to service delivery, participating in preparation and delivery of client presentations that will drive strategy and create positive business outcomes for our clients. Tracking tasks and deliverables across projects and resources to assist teams in meeting and maintaining deadlines.

This position provides constant opportunity to build expertise across a wide spectrum of technology workstreams and to develop leadership in client facing engagements in a consulting environment. This position offers career paths into being a consultant and specialty area consulting.

  • Work directly with Engagement Team to meet the engagement team’s business objectives
  • Track and report on tasks, deliverables, and deadlines across multiple concurrent projects
  • Draft client communications inclusive of email, power point and excel deliverables
  • Organize financial materials received, and work with team resources to compile data
  • Create and manage client folders and share drives
  • Employ the diverse resources available to the company to meet the informational needs of internal team members and clients
  • Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, documentation, and follow-up
  • Support engagement team in capturing call notes and associated follow-on tasks

  • Must be strong in Microsoft suite of products (Outlook Mail and Calendar, Power Point and Excel)
  • Experience in creating and managing documents in cloud share drive (Sharepoint or similar)

Required Experience & Education:
  • +2 years of relevant professional experience
  • Undergraduate Degree (Business or IT related discipline preferred)
  • Experience in professional communications crafting and delivery
  • Foundation skills in Project management

  • 0 – 10% Travel Required

  • Up to $60,000
