Seeking an experienced Help Desk / Service Desk Manager to join our team in Concord, NC. This position is on-site.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Manage, and support daily IT support operations,
- Lead, and oversee help desk technicians that are working on-site and remotely.
- Handle reporting duties to superiors.
- Must have demonstrated help desk management/supervisory experience.
- Knowledgeable with Kaseya or ConnectWise.
