The restaurant is Seeking an Executive Chef to join our team in Brea, San Diego, and Playa Vista, CA. We are a Farm-to-Table restaurant that wants to have a profoundly positive impact on the way the world eats!

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage and run the kitchen.
- Manage new hires and train new cooks.
- And of course, serve great food!
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Executive Chef or Executive Kitchen Manager ideal candidates must possess 5 years of corporate chain culinary or kitchen management with 2+ at the Executive Chef or Executive Kitchen Management level in a fast casual or full-service CORPORATE CHAIN experience with fresh foods and a minimum sales volume of $3M
- Kitchen operations knowledge, experience, and ability to problem-solve and implement solutions.
- Experience with technology and Standard Operating Procedures.
