Job Description

We’re looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative that thrives in a fast startup. 

This position is within the Sales team to generate a significant quantity of new business opportunities to various sales team members and provide world-class customer service and sales support.

As an SDR you will be part of a dynamic team that will be performing a dual sales support role.

The successful candidate will be a strongly self-motivated and driven individual who is goal-oriented, methodical and tenacious, and can effectively interact with a team. This position has advancement potential within the sales organization, and the compensation package includes an uncapped commission structure.


  • Act as a key player in processing and responding to all inbound leads and conduct information gathering to pre-qualify results through phone, email & social media efforts.

  • Identify, clean, qualify & route Leads to the corresponding Sales team member

  • Follow-up on the substantial volume of leads generated from web visits, signups and other sources

  • Contribute to achieving company revenue targets by conducting solution-oriented sales conversations with prospective customers

  • Understand Customers’ needs & effectively communicate how UXCam will meet them

  • Document all activities including use cases, timeframes, next steps in Hubspot CRM


We’re looking for someone who possesses:

  • A commanding desire to learn and succeed in SaaS sales

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and resources effectively

  • Excellent verbal, phone and written English communication skills required

  • Ability to maintain a strong, positive and can-do attitude.

  • Experience in startups is a plus
