Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development:

    • Identify and target potential clients, industries, and markets in the Irvine, California area for staffing services.
    • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan aimed at acquiring new MSA agreements.
    • Create and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations to understand their staffing needs.
  2. Sales Leadership:

    • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, transitioning them into high-performing sales roles.
    • Set clear sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team, actively monitoring their progress.

  3. MSA Acquisition:

  4. Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Identify and anticipate clients' staffing needs, offering tailored solutions and services.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  5. Sales Strategy:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to meet and exceed revenue and growth targets.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to make data-driven decisions.
    • Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on sales performance and market insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in staffing services sales, with a strong track record of acquiring Managed Service Agreements (MSAs).
  • Proven success in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities, specifically in transitioning recruiters into successful sales roles.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
