- Provide individual counseling and case management.
- Facilitate group counseling (individually or with co-facilitator).
- Collaborate with school administration and staff on needs of students, families and school community.
- Integrate into and engage with school culture through development of positive relationships with school community.
- Support students and families in crisis.
- May have opportunity to task supervise social work interns.
- Conduct home visits.
- Other duties as assigned.

- New York State LMSW from an accredited school of social work.
- At least one year’s experience in a school setting, strong experience working with students and families preferred.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible and can-do attitude.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred.
- Full-time, occasional weeknight hours.
- Year-round position (summer location and duties may vary).
Salary and Benefits:
$55,000 - $62,000 annually, commensurate to credentials and experience. All full-time employees receive an excellent benefits package, including, health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k retirement plan with employer match, life insurance, Flexible Spending Account/FSA, Commuter benefits, and 24 days paid annual leave per year, plus four Summer Fridays and 12 other paid holidays.
