The Role:

As the Customer Success Specialist (CSS) at Property Vista, you will fill a dynamic and essential client-facing role, interacting collaboratively with clients, project managers and software developers to deliver outstanding results. Dedicated to our client success and satisfaction, our CSS’s serve as the main point of contact with our valued customers. This role requires highly effective management and people skills coupled with robust analytical capabilities. The CSS is a valuable member of the customer-facing team, and the position is one which brings with it an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within a lively and challenging environment.

Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead the configuration of our technology platform with new customers
  • Provide training and technical support to all new client accounts during the onboarding process
  • Respond to customer support tickets in a timely fashion
  • Be the voice of the customer with the internal team
  • Facilitate adoption of new features or additional services
  • Become a Property Vista technology platform expert
  • Ongoing customer engagement – encouraging growth of existing accounts and clients
  • Organize client training sessions and conduct follow-up calls
  • Present business reviews to clients
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field would be an asset
  • Previous experience in the Property Management industry would be an asset
  • 2+ years experience in a customer-facing role
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting is an asset
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong organizational & multi-tasking skills
  • Proficient with a wide range of technology (experience with Zendesk, SaaS, Google
    G-suite, and Microsoft Office would be considered an asset)
  • Sense of humor and a willingness to collaborate in support of team goals
  • Self motivated, self starter, goal oriented and positive attitude
