The position:

As Creative Director - you will be the lead of the Blink Creative team (including Designers (digital and marketing), Videographers, and Copywriters) by leveraging your storytelling skills to help the internal team reach new clients, engage current ones, and delight everyone who experiences Blink.

You are someone seasoned in experience but not dated in practices, you bring a strong understanding of multichannel campaigns, strong understanding of using data and UI/UX to innovate and execute creative concepts.

You thrive in facilitating brainstorming sessions across teams to find the perfect marriage between customer insights and customer goals.

You want to be part of the leadership team to define quarterly and annual goals, objectives, and initiatives of Blink

You can be trusted to provide clear and effective creative direction throughout the creative life cycle—you can provide guidance not only to the Creative team, but often to team members in other departments as well.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in leading and managing mixed creative team and working across agency departments.
  •  Years of experience leading concept, design, and art direction in a branded content, agency, editorial or marketing environment
  • Have experience in digital design with a focus on data and conversion
  • Be-hands on, roll-up your sleeves to create and execute marketing and brand materials
  • Provide a strong portfolio of design work that you either created yourself or directed
  • Craft campaigns and brand material that are both on brief and push the boundaries, driving amazing results for our clients
  • Knowledge of current technology and cultural trends
  • Possess a passion for solving problems while wearing multiple hats and owning all facets of the process (including research, branding exercises, messaging strategy, art direction, and hands-on design)
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment (with experience to prove it)

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent knowledge of multi channel campaign building
  • CRM and data analysis
  • Experiential and Data led creative design
  • Senior ability within the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to sketch and develop concepts
  • Understanding of new social platforms, trends and tactics
  • Understanding of creative web/ digital designs
