As the Customer Success Specialist you will fill a dynamic and essential client-facing role, interacting collaboratively with clients, project managers, product teams and software developers to deliver outstanding results.

Dedicated to our client success and satisfaction, and as a valuable member of the customer-facing team and the position you’ll serve as the main point of contact with our valued customers, applying your highly-effective management and people skills coupled with robust analytical capabilities.

Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  •         On-boarding new customers
  •         Lead the configuration of our technology platform with new customers
  •         Train end users
  •         Respond to customer support tickets
  •         Be the voice of the customer with the internal team
  •         Prepare and present business reviews
  •         Facilitate adoption of new features or additional services
  •         Become a Property Vista technology platform expert
  •         Manage projects
  •         Ongoing customer engagement
  •         Realize key performance indicators and milestones

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in a customer-facing role 
  • Knowledge of basic accounting
  • Experience with Yardi software is a strong asset
  • Experience training clients/customers on technology
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills 
  • Proficient with technology
  • Experience at a SaaS, technology, property management or real estate company an asset
  • Experience with Zendesk and Jira an asset
