Sales Development Representative

The Role

 

We are recruiting for a number of Sales Development representatives to join our fast-paced and rapidly growing hosting division. You will be ready to kick-start a career in Sales and have a desire to learn what it takes to be a successful Sales professional.

 

This role isn't for you if... you're not passionate about a career in Sales longer-term.

 

This role is for you if... you have a positive mental attitude with a desire to learn, beat targets and develop a career in sales. You'll also be earning some great commission on the way!

 

The candidates we're looking for need to be good listeners, coachable, and creative. There is an onboarding learning programme in place specifically for this team, where you'll learn the grassroots of Sales, and be taken on a journey that leads to successful outcomes. In this role you're responsible for qualifying leads and prospecting to engage with prospective buyers. If you're successful in this role there is no limit to where your Sales career will take you.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Understand buying drivers for target markets and constantly research new industries to approach
  • Generate ideas to maximise prospecting efforts
  • Provide clear visibility to management regarding metrics around opportunity generation
  • Work with Sales & Marketing to leverage industry events, no matter what form they take in the future
  • Be a valued contributor to the direction THG Hosting pursues as a business
  • Input and suggest enhancements to marketing collateral and brand awareness with marketing
  • Input and suggest enhancements to our CRM and the overall regional sales process

 

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success
  • Self-motivated
  • Comfortable working in a very fast paced environment
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and think "outside the box" to creatively solve problems
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and strong presentation skills
