PMI is recruiting a Tech Lead (Remote)

This is only possible, thanks to an investment on Technological improvement and researching on several areas and projects. They are building a state-of-the-art cloud platform called “DEEP” which includes a secure cloud landing zone and a set of advanced engineering tools that allows software developers to quickly build and operate differentiating applications to empower the company. DEEP will be the pillar of the IT ecosystem in the cloud and is a core component for IT transformation.

What are they looking for:
  • Lead and manage a team of individuals through their successful delivery of software.
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software.
  • Mentor, coach and foster good working practices that elevate their software ecosystem.
  • Work collaboratively with a cross functional team where software is product led, design driven, data informed and customer centric.
  • Liberate business value and shape the culture of the iterative processes where ownership drives responsibility for the ilities of good software practices.
  • Lead or co-lead the Backend Community of Practice to deliver on best practices, guidelines and decisions on technologies.
  • Manage a team of Engineers and support their growth.
 
Required:
  • Experience managing a Team of individuals who report directly to them.
  • Ability to represent a Team to external stakeholders.
  • Confidence to deliver a technical decision when diverging ideas exist.
  • Driver to push for cloud native, managed, testable, serverless architectures of mature systems.
  • Proficiency with a high-level development language (C#, Java, Kotlin, Node.js with TypeScript or JavaScript).
  • A track record of operating within a successful Scrum or Kanban team.

  • You have a go to strategy for monitoring, scaling, tracing, deploying software.
  • You’ve worked in SAFe or LeSS environment.
  • You care and know how to keep a burndown chart looking good.
  • You know what works in an Agile environment and what doesn’t.
  • You have a favorite Cloud where you feel at home.
  • You lead a Chapter, Guild or Initiative.
  • You master an IaC tool or framework.
