About the Role

As a Leadership-Digital Marketing, you will handle acquisition for CoinSwitch on digital marketing channels, unlock new channels for growth and optimise channels for better CAC.Develop, implement, track and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various digital channels including native advertising, social media advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), affiliate marketing and search engine optimisation (SEO). 

 

What You Will Do

 

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display and search advertising campaigns
  • Measure & report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against KPI/ ROI
  • Identify trends and insights; Optimize spend and performance based on insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create effective landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.

 

What you Should Have

  • 10+ years of Digital Marketing experience required in B2C companies
  • Should have worked on google, affiliates, funnel optimisation.
  • A degree in Marketing or related field
  • Proven track record in digital marketing
  • Experience in working on different marketing platforms.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and implementing digital campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics)

  • Analytical: Hands on in experimenting, A/B Testing, setting goals & measuring metrics to determine failure or success of tests; Evaluate and analyse data and translate it to actionable campaigns
