What You Will Do:

  • Manage brand's reputation on Social Media by monitoring and addressing queries and complaints
  • Build positive sentiment about the brand through review, ratings on relevant platforms
  • Actively engaging and monitoring user-centric comments and direct messages across brand social media handles
  • Responding to DMs, engaging in the comment section, building relationships, and whipping up a witty caption whenever the opportunity strikes
  • Responsible to connect, converse, engage, and enhance brands online reputation
  • Ensuring all complaints are tracked on social media from the platform
  • Coordinate with various teams at the brand for escalation and resolution
       
    What You Should Have:

  • Hands-on experience of working with social listening tools like Meltwater, Locobuzz, etc.
  • Amazing communication skills, usage of right vocabulary and tone when required
  • 1-2 years experience as an ORM
