About The Role:

As leading the Public Policy division at CoinSwitch, will be a key member of the CoinSwitch Kuber team, both supporting other team members in defining and achieving the company’s public policy objectives and taking direct responsibility for a variety of projects related to those objectives. 

What You Will Do:

  • Achieve the goals of the Leadership and Public Policy Team in India
  • Partner with Product, Tech, Legal, Finance and other relevant teams to drive a policy ecosystem of favourable regulations for crypto exchanges in India
  • Proactively establish to deepen relationships with relevant policy makers, influencers and advocates
  • Work with colleagues to write policy briefs, meet with policy makers, monitor legislative and regulatory initiatives
  • Work internally with cross functional colleagues to provide sound advice
  • Establish CoinSwitch Kuber’s profile with third parties, especially governments, special committees and think thanks working in the technology space
  • Liaise closely with the Public Relations and other outreach teams to design and execute public affairs campaigns of various kinds

What You Should Have:

  • 25+ years of experience working in technology policy, government affairs, public policy management or any such allied field
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills which empowers you to synergise with external stakeholders
  • Have a strong understanding of legislative and regulatory policy making processes
